Homewood Suites by Hilton Bozeman

We stayed here for nearly 4 weeks while our apartment was being renovated. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Sean in particular went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and our questions were answered. He also made us feel exceedingly welcome the whole time. The breakfast was also served on time every day and was well prepared. Thank you to everyone!

I didn't stay, my clients were staying, they were handing over their pets for a trip back to their home state. The service was kind to me, they didn't give me any issues. The hotel looked very clean and nice. I couldn't tell you what the rooms look like inside however I have stayed out many Homewood suites and I usually enjoy that brand.

Upon arrival, I approached the front desk to inquire about the possibility of a room upgrade, as is customary for Diamond members. I was initially informed by the front desk staff that even there were available rooms, the room upgrades were available for a fee only. While I was surprised by this individual hotel policy, I chose to proceed with the original room I booked, a king-room suite. To my dismay, upon entering the room, I discovered that it was a studio which was significantly smaller than the one-bedroom suite depicted in the Hilton app. Feeling unsatisfied with the accommodations, I promptly returned to the front desk to request a room change. At this point, I was informed that, due to having already checked in, I would be unable to switch rooms even if I was willing to pay for the upgrade. It was only after I conveyed my dissatisfaction with the room that the front desk staff agreed to facilitate a room upgrade. However, this process was not without additional frustration, as I was informed that the upgrade would incur a $30 charge, despite the price difference in the Hilton app being only approximately $10. Furthermore, I was told that a price match could not be accommodated. This series of experiences not only disrupted my stay but also left me questioning the commitment to customer satisfaction and the value of my Diamond membership.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The check in and communication by text was nice as it gave me no reason to wait at the desk. I will note that we discovered that the homeless there may be becoming and issue and there were are some individuals camped out in the hotel parking lot and along the street behind the motel there were multiple campers, etc set up along the road with homeless living in. I also witnessed the homeless entering thru the side door of the motel during breakfast hours. I asked for a followup from the General Manager while I was there after speaking to the front desk but have not received a followup. I would not recommend the first floor as I had to keep curtains shut as multiple times people walked thru the grass by our window. Im not sure that I would stay at the property if I were to return to the area due to the lack of followup.

Excellent hotel; the staff were friendly/helpful and it has a great swimming pool. I will note that we discovered that the homeless population in Bozeman has unfortunately exploded and there were are some individuals camped out in the hotel parking lot. Thankfully the hotel has had no issue with car break-ins and they made sure customers felt safe.
